September 2013 - Project Updates!

ORPHEUS

I spent most of September working on creating footage to be projected onstage for the Everyman Palace Theatre and Cork Operatic Society's production of Orpheus. I worked with Rupert Mac of SLR.ie in creating unique and visually striking images that would blend with the wonderful lighting of Michael Hurley and the striking vision of director/composer John O'Brien.

It was my first ever foray into the world of live theatre and in particular Opera and it was a hugely enjoyable experience.

The show received a number of 5 star reviews including the Irish Times and The Examiner;

THE MARKER HOTEL

Earlier in September I worked as lighting assistant to Rupert Mac of SLR.ie on a high-end promo video for the 'Marker Hotel' in Dublin's Grand Canal Square. The promo was directed by Andrew Bradley and shot by Ian. D. Murphy.

August 2013 Project Updates!

August was a beautiful sunny month and I was lucky to spend quite a bit of it outdoors shooting in beautiful locations!

First off I was shooting for OFI (Owen Fitzpatrick International) at Garrendenny Farm in the gorgeous countryside in Co. Laois. It was here we created a very unique and interesting video on creating rapport in Owen's 'Cow to Create Rapport' video or what we like to call Cowrisma!

Another wonderful location I was lucky enough to shoot at was the prestigious Doonbeg Golf Club in Co. Clare where we began shooting the initial scenes for John Dooley PGA's ConciergeGolf.ie.

Finally for the busy month of August I spent a week of nights on the upcoming Cork Feature Film, 'Storage' and I shot, cut and put some music together for this behind the scened piece entitled, 'Street Nights' - once again click on the image below to open the video;
